Make & Take upholstered pinboard workshop - a fun, friendly session using your hands to create a useful object, made well.

Hosted by Lucy Thomas, the designer behind Rounded-by. Lucy will provide the tuition, the tools, the materials, the tea, coffee and ginger nuts. You will spend 2.5 hours using simple upholstery tools and learning techniques to create your own circular upholstered cork pinboard.

We'll use natural, sustainable and revalued materials, and you will create your own design from a selection of wonderful Linwood velvet dead stocks or if you prefer a more industrial look you can choose from a range of original coffee sacks.

When finished, we'll fabric back the board, give a hook, ready for you to hang at home and step back and say "I made that".
